Payment methods

Payment can be made by Cash, Pay ID, Bank Transfer and Credit Card. Surcharge may apply with Credit Card payments where applicable.

Instalments can be offered at our discretion and the refund policy is stipulated by the invoice date. 

Bond

 A bond is required for hiring dresses as follows:

      • $200 bond for each dress that you decide to hire.
      • 100% of hiring price (exclude your bond) to be made at least 3 days before the pick-up date.
      • A bond will be held by us until the return of our items and is deductible based on their condition (e.g. visible stains, tear, damage)

    Hiring Schedule

     Our dresses for hire will be picked-up by client in 1 week before your wedding date. Please let us know if you would like to have delivery and pick-up service as it will incur an extra charge in your invoice.

    Hired items will need to be returned within 3 days after your wedding date. A late fee of $20 a day will be applied, and this will be deducted from your bond.

    Deposit for Hair and Make-up

    A deposit of $200 to be placed to book in your date. The rest of the invoice amount is to be paid at least 3 days before our performance date.

    Deposit is non-refundable.

    Cancellation

    Moonie Bridal reserve the right to cancel orders failing to provide Bond or Deposit evidence within the time frame specified above.

    Client may cancel their order with us and receive a refund (minus bond/deposit).
