  1. Our refund policy is valid for a period of 14 calendar days from the date of purchase (stipulated by the invoice date). If 14 calendar days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
  2. Other circumstances where a refund or exchange is not applicable:

    2. Items paid by instalments
    3. Items altered to suit your requirements
  3. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  4. To initiate a refund, please let us know with your order number and the reason for the refund request.
  5. We will review your request and respond within 3 business days with instructions on how to return the item.
  6. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  7. If your refund is approved, we will process the refund within 7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
  8. If your refund is rejected, we will notify you of the reason why and provide options for resolving the issue.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 2 Northcott Bvd, Hammondville NSW 2170

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
